Even though we have the ability to turn around large projects we don't take a "factory" approach to our paper business. We care about the end-product and quality of our work. Quality is a direct reflection on us. Additional metadata can be coded at scan time to allow you to more easily identify your scanned documents. We can enter box number, custodian name, folder information, binder information, exhibit numbers, and label text, especially if these items are not scanned. Our quality control procedures include a page-for-page check matched against the originals to ensure that the scans are of the best possible quality, in the proper order, and confirming that no originals have been missed. We aren't a "copy shop" turned tech so you won't have any issues with your load-files either. We have the ability to format your job for whatever software package you require: Summation, Concordance, IPRO, Ringtail, or Doculex. We support you with any questions you might have along the way.
