more than 15 years. He has served the Boston legal market for

Boston, Kevin worked in the fast-paced Chicago litigation support
market. He also has had the opportunity to work in San Francisco,
Los Angeles, Washington, DC, and New York. Kevin has broad

the nation's top litigation firms servicing their complex and
hectic needs. Kevin was also a Director of one of Chicago's
largest litigation support service providers and his company's
national subject matter expert in the area of litigation support.

Jefferey Stevens, Managing Partner, has worked in the litigation
support marketplace extensively on both the vendor side as well as the client side.
Jeff has successfully overseen major eDiscovery projects. He has a vast working
knowledge of all the major eDiscovery processing software and technologies. He has
had the opportunity to work within litigation departments in many different capacities
and has really walked in his "client's shoes". Several of Jeff's clients (some of the
nation's largest law firms) have entrusted him to remotely assist in their environments
during peak periods by granting him Citrix access. Jeff's
practical working knowledge of technology needs, case complexities, and production
pitfalls affords him the ability to truly understand his client's needs first hand. He
has managed litigation support departments, designing the technical architecture and
process flow. Jeff also has aided in identifying, skills-testing, and hiring permanent
litigation support staff. He has utilized and mastered all major litigation support
databases and support tools performing high-level and complex troubleshooting functions.
Jeff has worked extensively with attorneys and support staff on case strategy and cost
containment as well as co-counsels and opposing counsels regarding discovery and production
issues. Prior to BLS, Jeff worked as a technical litigation paralegal at a busy construction
litigation firm.

Nicole Glass, Managing Partner, is a trained
project management professional whose expertise lies in major
technical rollouts and strict deadline compliance. Nicole has
managed large data collections (spanning several months),
complex eDiscovery productions, and complex technology implementations.
Prior to Boston Litigation Solutions, she played significant
roles as a Technical Director in two highly successful, multi-million
dollar start-up technology businesses. She managed a staff of
over 40 technical employees, overseeing the development, creation,
testing of all enterprise-wide support applications, reporting
tools, customer-support portal, and FTP site. |
