Jefferey Stevens, Managing Partner, has worked in the Boston litigation support marketplace extensively on both the vendor side as well as the client side. He has had the opportunity to work within litigation departments in many different capacities and has really walked in his "client's shoes". Jeff's practical working knowledge of technology needs, case complexities, and production pitfalls affords him the ability to truly understand his client's needs first hand. He also has aided in identifying, skills-testing, and hiring permanent litigation support staff. Jeff has utilized and mastered all major litigation support databases and support tools and performed all high level and troubleshooting functions. Jeff also worked as a litigation paralegal at a busy Boston construction litigation firm.

Kevin Glass, Managing Partner, has a wealth of knowledge in the legal document management arena. Kevin has been in the litigation support industry for more than 14 years. He has served the Boston legal market for the last four years in a litigation support sales capacity. Prior to coming back home to Boston, Kevin worked in the fast-paced Chicago litigation support market. He also has had the opportunity to work in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington, DC, and New York. Kevin has a broad industry knowledge and has worked with many of Boston's and the nations top litigation firms servicing their complex and hectic needs. Kevin was a subject matter expert in litigation support for his prior company, recommending on-site process and procedural enhancements to some of the top 10 national law firms. Kevin has always put his clients first, always ready to accommodate their requests.
